Guidelines for Participation in the Mantra Deeksha Program
All devotees must complete their registration prior to participating in the Mantra Deeksha program.
Important Instructions for Mantra Deeksha Participation
● Offline Participation:
Offline attendance is strictly limited to those who are present at the officially declared location of the Mantra Deeksha by Shree Karauli Shankar Mahadev Dham.
● Online Participation:
Individuals intending to join online must confirm their participation at least one day in advance. It is mandatory to submit your Mantra Deeksha Form ID (e.g., MD00XX) along with the payment details.
The Zoom joining link and meeting ID will be shared only upon confirmation via phone or email at the following:

Online Registration Steps
To register online, please follow these steps:
● Visit our official website: poornaguru.org
● Click on the “Online Services” icon at the top of the page.
● Select the “Mantra Deeksha” option.
● Fill in the required registration details (Form Attached).
Required Registration Details
During the registration process, you will need to provide the following information:
● Full Name
● Age
● DNA Membership Status
● Address
● ID Proof Details
● Mobile Number
● Alternate Mobile Number
Registration Charges
● The registration fee for an individual is ₹1,100.
● If more than two individuals are applying for Mantra Deeksha, the charges will be applied
separately for each participant.
Collect the Mantra Deeksha Kit
Once the registration process is complete, you can collect the Mantra Deeksha Kit by visiting
the Darbar. Please approach Counter No. 6 to receive your kit.
Save Form ID
All participants—whether attending online or offline—are required to submit their Mantra Deeksha Form ID (e.g., MD00XX) as part of the registration process.
Your Form ID is a unique code provided to you after successfully filling out the Mantra Deeksha Registration Form.
Please ensure the Form ID is submitted accurately while confirming your participation.
This ID will be used to verify your registration, track your participation, and facilitate communication related to the event.

How to Register using IVR
Step 1: Call the IVR Number
Dial one of the following numbers to begin the registration process:

Step 2: Choose Your Language
● Press 1 for Hindi
● Press 2 for English
Step 3: Select Mantra Deeksha
After choosing your language, press 2 to proceed with the Mantra Diksha registration.
Step 4: Provide Registration Details
During the registration process, you will need to provide the following details:
● Full Name
● Age
● DNA Membership Status
● Address
● ID Proof Details
● Mobile Number
● Alternate Mobile Number
Step 5: Pay the Registration Charges
● The registration fee for an individual is ₹1,100.
